I went in January to have my # 1 plug replaced they did an awesome job I thought. Only to find out 1 week later that my check engine light was back on. So I did let time go by because could just go back and forth up there. I pastor a church and also own a transportation business. I went back with my warranty Thursday 04-02-15 and Eric tells me " that it is not number 1 now it is number 7 spark plug. This is not true before I went back to Jessie Britts I had taken it to the Fird dealer ship and had a diagnostic done and it was number 1 they told me and gave me the print out. I then told Eric after he lied about it was just number 7 plug that at the Ford dealership it was number 1 he said we'll sometimes they lie to make you pay more, then said yea it was number 1 but number 7 was slightly missing as we and Jessie wanted to replace the other 7. This was crazy that they still did not replace number 1 that was under warranty and then charged me 39.00 for testing. If you are a member of Greater Love church I am recommending not doing any business with this type of company and anyone that rides with Care transportation I would encourage you not to do Buisness with this type of company.
