I would give this company 0 stars if possible. AHS sent them out to install a new inside air handler, coil, etc. That was in June. My AC started not working yesterday, 7/26 so I called AHS (not very happy with THEM, either...there are other home warranties out there, folks...) and a guy came tonight about 9:30 pm and looked at the unit, said the freon was fine, the inside unit was installed NOT to code: the safety switch was put in wrong, the electrical should be in conduit, the filter had dropped to the ground as no new decking was put it (which I was charged for!) and no permit was pulled, at least I never saw one. I called AHS and they said it would be addressed in the morning. Meanwhile, I'm without AC in 104 degree weather, my house is listed for sale, I'm trying to buy my son a house out of town, so I'm needing to be gone much of the day tomorrow, etc. You can bet I won't be using AHS on the new house we buy and I may sue everyone!
