Took my 2012 Sonata for 22,500 service. Very good experience overall. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Shuttle service easy and timely. However, was fortunate to be the only drop off and pickup with both routes. Recommended air filter and cabin filter replacements for additional $50. Declined and did myself in 10 mins at a cost of $25 for the appropriate filters. Cleaned car as part of the service, wash and vacuum. Not a top notch job, but definitely a bonus to the overall service. Suggestions for them to go to 5 star rating. Include a general engine wash (clean air filter housing, radiator cap, coolant reserve, etc.) as part of the service. Their service cost is higher which is typical by dealer car services, but would better justify the higher service cost vs competition.
