Review content:
We noted a stain and peeling paint on our dining room ceiling. Suspected leak from second floor commode. Called ASI. Carlton came next day and replaced commode wax seal. Did neat job. The next morning, we noted drip from ceiling about 6' from previous. Again called ASI. Mike Sloan, who was on another job, came at 6:30 PM. Cut hole in ceiling at drip location, but found nothing. Suggested more holes be cut to find source and offered to stay until problem resolved. We decided to wait until next day. Carlton and an associate came next day and after much investigation found problem to be leak from 2nd floor tub drain. After I had a plaster contractor cut holes at places recommended by Carlton, Carlton repaired the drain line and also replaced portions of two water supply lines. Work was in a difficult location but was thorough, neat and efficient. I greatly respect ASI Plumbing. They have resolved many problems in our old house, always immediately and with an up front price. No other plumber for us.
