Review content:
Carlton arrived on time for the appointment and diagnosed the problem quickly - a clogged 45 year old cast iron pipe. Knowing we were dealing with medical and financial issues, Carlton did everything possible to get the line cleaned out enough to buy us some time for we had to replace the pipe. He worked and worked until finally getting the line snaked to get the plumbing working again. Carlton was very professional, polite and compassionate and we can't thank him enough!
