I totally forgot to mention my technicians name, and that is Carlton. He was running late and was very apologetic on the phone and when he arrived as well.
I was hardly upset by that, since they set up an appointment for service that same day, and I was very grateful for that.
I cold called ASI because a friend recommended them even though she has yet to use them, she has heard good things, and that was good enough for me.
Carlton, explained all the steps, he was neat and professional and didn't seem to mind all of my questions. He was very knowledgable and answered everything letting me know that he knows his stuff and cares.
He looked at the job and quoted the price. There was no hard sell for needing to more than what I had called about. I appreciate that because so many times I have had plumbing co's that do more than is necessary.
I will definitely use ASI again and pretty much Carlton knows that too.
