Review content:
I called that morning and had a technician at my home within 4-5 hours. The issue that prompted the call was a room that seemed to have issues cooling down. After the technician (Jesse) arrived, he reviewed the HVAC system and advised (very clearly) what the cause of the issue was. He was able to explain what needed to be done, and this information was extremely helpful in the report that I submitted to have this corrected by the original installer. Jesse (technician) was able to identify the problem in a matter of minutes, where the original installer had not done on multiple service calls following us moving into our house. This saved us hundreds of dollars. Jesse has been a technician with Kleen Air for 18 years, and this experience was very evident in his knowledge of the systems, and the professionalism in which he conducted himself. I just wanted to recognize Jesse for his amazing service, Thank you.
