Review content:
This was by far the absolute WORST pedicure I have received in my entire life. I was left in the waiting room for 30 minutes to begin with. When I finally got into the room I walked into a jumbled mess with apparently the previous person's half eaten strawberries and mess. Once my pedicure began the technician went back and forth between me and cleaning duties. She proceeded to scrub and massage with the least pressure I have ever felt in my life. As my pedicure progressed I found myself growing tense and tight with frustration. After a terrible job was done prepping my feet semi-warm stones were awkwardly rubbed about my feet and legs and then placed between a few of my toes - the stones that didn't fall to the ground were placed there. Then they were loosely wrapped in a semi-warm towel. After this monstrosity of an experience my feet were placed in plastic bags with oil. then in foot warmers - that didn't work. Once the foot warmers didn't work a semi-warm towel was wrapped around the bag instead. After this my feet were awkwardly wiped off and with my frustration and discomfort growing I left after one application of clear was put on and a paper towels shoved between my toes. And they still charged 20% gratuity. Worst ever.
