Place is always consistant with taste and freshness, always excellent, it dont seem as good as it was before they had the fire but probably still the best sushi in charolette, i drive from south carolina just to go here for sushi, my only concern after the fire was if Stephanie was coming back, and she did. I went to Ru-San's the other nite because it has 5 stars and let me tell u, its not even close to the quality that u get at sushi at the lake, this is the best place to get sushi probably in north carolina,
Pros: nice looking crowd there, its upbeat, Stephanie the hostess, and the quality and taste of the food is always great
Cons: really dont have any, i always walked away satisified
