My name is Jerry M. Erickson, I am a Habitat for Humanity volunteer and i was filling for our team leader while he was on vacation and I was supposed to pickup some cabinets (I did not know exactly what was ordered) at your store. The cabinets were late (no fault of your people or store) and Stacie in customer service gave me her time to find our order and try to find why it didn't come in on time. She was very busy at the time but did all she could to help me. Stacie called Fae from cabinets to help. Fae remembered our team leader and the order and she was able to tell me the date the order was shipped and I felt that even though I cabinets were not in I felt comfortable that they were on the way. I was very pleased to work with these two associates.
