Ok, so maybe Planet could use a good sweeping, but I honestly couldn't care less if my hair keeps looking as incredible when I leave there. The comment about the different "levels" of stylists is funny, since they told me about that the very first call I made there. I also have seen Zac (he doesn't use a "k" on the end) every time, have had no difficulty being scheduled, and he spent 5 hours taking my hair from home color red to a beautiful platinum blonde 2 weeks ago. So he doesn't call you back personally, well, he's not there to be your buddy. There is a staff there to make his appointments, he is there to do hair. And he does it phenomenally!!
