I was very impressed with everyone in the office from the moment I arrived. The entire staff seemed so happy to have me there, instead of making me feel like I was lucky to be there as is the case in most other offices. There was no moment when I felt rushed through the visit. You made me feel like I was the only person there and you had all the time to talk to me. I was incredibly impressed by Miranda... She was thorough, had a great personality, and made me feel like we had been friends for a long time. Dr. Simon and Sandi were amazing. I have never spent that much time with the dentist in other offices. He continued to ask my perspective on everything, asked detailed questions of my dental history and seemed like he really wanted to know about the details and how my dental health effected my life. Sandi was lovely and again, I felt like I had been coming to the office for years as opposed to this being my first visit. I came to this office because of the amazing experience both myself and daughter have had the past few years with Dr. Jessica in Dental Care Kids. The upstairs office did not disappoint and I look forward to many more years for both my daughter and myself with this practice. Thank you!!
