Review content:
This store is huge, and they have just an incredible amount of merchandise packed in to it. That's fine and all if you know what you are looking for and where to find it, but be careful if you don't, because you may have to wander for a while to find a customer service associate... and when you do they may not know where to find what you're looking for.
There have been several times I've had to spend a long time searching for a particular item, when an associate is unable to help me locate it.
