From the moment you either drop your vehicle off, or spend time with the folks at Auto One in their air-conditioned waiting area, it’s quickly apparent to any savvy consumer that Auto One is an excellent representation of an “old school” American family operated business.
I offer that observation and statement as an absolute compliment.
From their complimentary pickup / drop off service, to their extremely courteous and knowledgeable service writer staff, to their seemingly endless list of services provided, to last but certainly not least Auto One’s platoon of exceptionally skilled and experienced mechanics & technicians, Automotive One is the benchmark for all other independent AND corporate or “chain” automotive repair facilities.
My family & I have been loyal customers of Auto One for several years and we would (and do to everyone we know) highly recommend Automotive One and their exceptional staff of professional to anyone in Orlando in need of superior auto repair and tire services combined with a “first class” customer service experience.
