I'm a girl so I hate going there but I needed a lot of stuff when we first moved into our house. I can't find a person to help me to SAVE MY LIFE and when I do they generally work a different department and can't help me. Not kid friendly place AT ALL. Very organized, clean and great selection. \r

I have to say they have the best return policy however you generally have to stand there awhile before you can return. \r
\r
Recommend to anyone who knows what you need. If you don't save yourself the headache and send someone who knows cause the employees if you can find one are not helpful.
PROS: good selection, well stocked, clean, return policy
CONS: HORRIBLE service, lots of returned products on shelves, not helpful
