If Satan ran a business this would be it. In fact Satan would run a more honest business than this one. I seriously wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to have to take their car there. \r \r Let me tell you a little about my experience here....I take my car there to get an estimate done for insurance purposes. Marion tells me that it would take two weeks max for my car to be fixed. Ok, as a college student I cant really afford to rent a car for two weeks, but I guess if that's what I have to do then there's no way around it. \r \r So, I turn my car in to them with full assurance that my car would be ready in two weeks. After hearing not a peep from them that entire two weeks, I give them a call the day before my car was supposedly going to be ready for pick-up. The condescending receptionist tells me that in fact ""no, my car wouldn't be ready for at least another two weeks."" I ask her if there is any possible way to speed things up as I am a barely-getting-by student, and how much i would appreciate my car being fixed as soon as possible. She clearly didn't give a flip and rushed me off the phone. \r \r Ok, another two weeks go by without a peep from Pittman's. The day my car was scheduled to be ready, I headed down to Pittman's to FINALLY get my car. But was it ready? NO, OF COURSE NOT! The ""good"" people at Pittman's hadn't found the time in their busy schedule to fix my car that had now been sitting at their shop for a whole month. (Oh, but what Pittman's did manage to do in that time was request payment for all the ""work"" they did on my car.) Cue me going into panic mode. I have spent every last dollar I have in savings for the cheapest rental car I could find. Now I'm flat broke. But does Pittman's care. NOPE. It's gonna be another whole week before we're gonna have your car ready. \r \r That week was up today. Was my car ready? You guessed it, no. The Pittman's saga continues. What I'd love for you to take away from my harrowing experience is to STAY AWAY FROM PITTMAN'S AT ALL COST. They are lying, condescending, scamming con-artist, and you need them just as bad as you need a hole in the head.
