My crown prep experience was horrific.The doc numb my gums once and starting drilling, i said i can feel it. She numbed it again and starting drilling, I raised my hands and said i can feel it. She did it again and started driiling i was jumping around telling her I can feel it. She said theres nothing else she can do and kept drilling. My gums or cheek were not numb at all, I could feel everything. She said I could hate her now but she has to finish.I dont know her name but I know her face and she will never enter my mouth again if I deide to go back to them. Also as a loyal customer they will not work with you on a payment plan. You have to have the whole amount at the time of service.
