I wouldn't use any other appraisal company but RJ Larson. I was so pleased with this company's response. Home buying or refinancing can be a royal headache and RJL just made the process so much soother. I didn't have to do anything other than let my financer know I wanted to use them and not whomever he was trying to set me up with. Then within a day or two she was here, completed it timely and sent the paperwork and it was a done deal. Painless. Highly recommended.
