When we went to Floor Coverings International Concord, CA, we met Gary. He was a little hard to read at first, but after working with him for a bit we realized how patient he was. When we were trying to pick out flooring and going back and forth on our decisions, he was more than willing to keep showing us different things.
He never seemed exasperated, and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions, and he had a very calm, easy-going manner. Everything turned out perfect with the hardwood flooring we got. It's holding up well, and we love it!
