Overall in my experience with Floor Coverings International of Concord, I found them to be highly professional and courteous throughout the entirety of the service and at no point did they falter in their customer service. The salesmen was extremely friendly, straight forward and gave good answers based on what I had asked about.
The installation team was efficient and prompt upon arrival, highly responsive both before and after the service, and overall I have no complaints whatsoever about what they were able to do for me. I have recommended their services many times to several different friends and family members, many of which have taken advantage and used the service themselves. I myself am looking forward to the next service date with these folks, based on how good of a job they did the first time around.
