I rented an apartment for 18 months with JMH Realty Concepts in the art museum area and I truly had a good experience throughout. If ever there was an issue with appliances or I had any questions, they were very quick to answer or follow up. Having said that though, it's very important to read your contract and understand it. There were fees associated with some issues that I didn't realize at first and was then surprised later. However, it was all in the contract!
We had some work done while living there and they were very vocal about letting us know exactly when people would be in and out and what to expect. They are easy to communicate with and very accessible by phone or email.
All-in-all, I would recommend JMH to other people considering renting a property through them.
