I went to this pet shop to purchase some food and bought a harness for my dog. The lady, who I found out was the owner was rude to me when I asked her about a dog (What breed was it?) that was in the window. I simply asked what breed it was and she nearly bit off my head. I felt like I asked her something crazy. You would think that she would be nice to her customer. She was not busy in her store so I don't think that was the reason. A friend of mine who lives nearby told me that she likes to roll her eyes at customer. He has witnessed it on two different occasions and will NEVER go back. By the way both items were extremely overpriced.

Cons: Overpriced and PUSHY nasty service
