We had backup drain issues, and when I went to look for help on trying to pin point what the issue was, I looked up Roto-Rooter in Lansing, and immediately, I had someone come to the house within the hour. I was so relieved that it was only a clogged issue and not a broken pipe, so we set an appointment for a week later, and the Plumber, Andy came out and efficiently unclogged the drain and made sure it was completely cleaned out with a video scope. My mother, Brenda Miloser was at our home at the time and her and I could not be more happy with the results and the professionalism of Roto Rooter and Andy. We are so glad that you guys got here as soon as you could to help us out of our situation.. YOU GUYS ROCK!
