Wonderful company and very honest and inexpensive. Would not use any one else. I first heard about Roto-Rooter from the TV program ""Undercover Boss"". Have used their services two times. The first time AJ diagnosed my problem and told me that it would be more costly to repair the two toilets than to buy two new ones so that is what I did. This plumber did not make money for the company, but got a loyal customer because now I know who I am dealing with. Three days ago I had to call them again and Kevin came out and fixed a sump pump problem and also figured out that a siding company sided over my dryer vent and I could have burned down my house!! I would use these people over and over again as they are not under pressure to have production and more concerned about quality work! By accident he probably saved my house from burning down!
