I own a very old house that causes occasional has plumbing issues. This time it was on a Sunday morning. They were very quick to respond and very friendly. When I do have a plumbing problem I don;t even have to think about who to call. I just automaticall call Roto-Rooter. I always feel they are honest and straight with me. I appreciate knowing up fron what the charges will be and they are never higher than what I was quoted. Thanks for always being there when I need you!
