I was so impressed with the politeness and promptness with my problem. I was able to get someone cheaper than most others I had called. My problem was due to a city drain issue, and Ron Abbott at Roto Rooter came and calmed me down, was so sweet, and talked to the city technician even when he finally arrived! He explained to the city tech that he had snaked all the way to the street in my drain with no trouble and that my problem HAD to be with the city. It was so great to have someone in my corner because the city denied me service at first and told me to call a plumber! There was no way they could say no to Ron :) and I'm so grateful for his time. It had to be horrible to be out hauling heavy equipment in the cold on a Sunday but he did it with grace, and I would call again and tell anyone to in a second.
