I scheduled and appointment with Urban Forest Professionals. I made sure that I was home one hour before and after the appointment time, and they never arrived. \r
I sent them a message asking what happened and why they did not at least call to notify me, but recieved no response.\r
The next day I recieve an e-mail estimate for $2400 for services on a tree that they have never seen! Included in this estimate were services that I did not request or ask for, like clean-up of the limbs.\r
I have since sent two more messages to them asking what I need to do to have someone actually show up at my residence so that I can get an estimate for what I really want done, and have recieved NO response.\r

This is poor service at it's best! \r

If you really want to have nothing done on your property then this is the company to call!\r
