I contacted this company to talk to an Arborist. Their website states: Call for a Free consultation with a Certified Arborist. When I made the call, the lady on the phone said they do not offer free consultations and that he doesn't take the time to do that. I told her that was quite interesting since their website stated differently.\r

She stated the only consultation I could have would be if I made an appointment for him to come out to my house, at a cost, and a guarantee that they would be doing the work I needed done.\r

Bad, bad, bad Customer Service. I will be locating another company to do business with.
