Called Roto-Rooter today to correct clogged septic pipe that was still not draining after having septic tank pumped last week. The firm who pumped the tank did not do quality work. Roto-rooter service was professional and cordial from the appointment scheduling through the delivery of the service. Melvin was thorough and explained each part of the process and possible later future improvements. He cheerfully went about this dirty job with a sense of humor even late on a Friday afternoon. Toilets now flush! Yay!
