My kitchen drains backed up today and within one hour, Roto Rooter was at the door! Stephen Hughes was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He not only quickly got to the root of the problem and fixed it, but gave me some suggestions to ensure I didn't have a repeat problem. I've only been in this house for 2 years and Stephen gave me some good, common sense information about my plumbing system. Thanks for the fast and great customer service.
