In the ten years i have lived here, Florida refuse always does something every month to be lazy or destroy resident's property. One month they wrote on my yard waste container that i owned "too heavy" in permanent marker. Every week the driver would read "too heavy" and leave the debris. After i threatened to call the police and file a vandalism report on their driver, the morons at fl refuse brought me a new can. This month it is just not picking up yard debris. I am staring at 2 piles of branches that have been ignored for 3 weeks now. The drivers always leave you a big mess to clean up. Good luck getting a supervisor to call you back. Someone in the county is obviously getting a pay off to keep these idiots on the payroll. They are completely inept.
