Nick was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain what the issue was, and what he was going to do to correct it. He was polite and friendly. He was careful not to make a mess. Appreciate that he wore booties to keep the floor clean. This was a frustrating situation for us and having a professional like Nick made it much easier to deal with.
