Theyre scam artists. Dont fall for their gimmicks. They say they will tow your car in free and look at it for free, and they dont want to replace the whole transmission just the part or two you might need, because its better for the transmission, to save you money, etc... but wait until they actually get your car there, they'll be telling a completely different story. Once your car is there, now all of sudden its a minimum $200 to look at it (to put the transmission back on if you dont want the work done, you cant leave the shop without your transmission) and once my car was there without even opening the transmission up to look at it I was quoted $1700-2200 to fix it, (this after a $500-800 ""rough estimate"" over the phone before it was there) are you kidding me? I found two places in Nashville that will rebuild and replace every single peice inside that transmission (every gear, electrical sensor, everything I dont even need, every single peice) for $1300 and warranty it. I ended up just paying the towing fee and taking my car somewhere else.
