Review content:
Used them 10-12 years ago. No problems. Something changed. New owner? Had some windows replaced so needed new coatings on them. Took forever to get anyone one to call me back. Finally heard from them, about gave up, made arrangements to have someone here to meet them to get a price as my wife and I work late. Guy showed up and gave a quote. Fine. Will not even go into the trouble trying to coordinate the application with someone being here but it was a problem, theirs. Finally got it together and turns out the coating they brought was darker then what was on the other windows. The original guy made no effort to match them. Now they want me to arrange AGAIN to have the first guy come back and match the windows. Just too much trouble arranging to have someone here. Told them just to hold off and since this was their mess asked for my ""non-refundable"" deposit to be returned. Spoke to the owner once and left a message a second time. Guess what, no response. Nothing. RUN FROM THEM! No integrity.
