Knockout Pest Control just did a fabulous job getting rid of my bed bug problem. I was just going to post this as a thank you, and then I read a post by someone who had a bad experience. Clearly they didn't understand about putting stuff in plastic bags. You aren't supposed to take bed bug infested stuff in and out of the bag. The articles of clothing and other items are supposed to be treated. No wonder Knockout Pest keeps having to come back- this guy is continually re-infesting his apartment with the bed bugs hidden in his clothes protected in the plastic bags. I took my clothes to the neighborhood dry cleaner and they sent them out. To be totally honest- Knockout came back once more and gave me a second bed bug extermination treatment. It has been 2 months and I am bed bug free.I can't say enough how knowledgeable and helpful these guys from Knockout were. I highly recommend them. And they're a whole lot cheaper than other bed bug exterminators who heat up your whole house- Faster
