3/28/2010 The only reason I'm giving one star was for the sales rep we had, Justin, who since smartly has moved on. We purchased a NEW Moomba in Jan 2009. However, it had a few things (like rust on the driveshaft and trailer which we were told was "normal"...for a new boat?!) that needed repair. We droppped the boat off in March 2009 and received no updating phone calls from Liquid Wrenches until we called several times finally telling them our vacation was scheduled for June 16 and we would be there to pick it up June 12. Of course, not everything was repaired (still have rust on the boat...a NEW boat) and while we were on vacation in June, my husband had to call LW to find out the service department had forgotten to put the ballast switch back on so the ballast was filling overnight with water. They couldn't figure out the stereo system so my husband went on line and found the directions and fixed it himself on vacation. In October, we thought we
