I'm a special ed teacher and got a middle school teaching position in Gwinnett Co last summer. So, we moved to Loganville, Ga & we wanted to have pest control services performed on our exterior of the house. We chose Future Services and when they came to our house they fertilized our yard instead of spraying the exterior of the house for insects. The yard was already fertilized, so the second application burned the yard. They were not cooperative at all with this situation. They told us what we needed to do to prevent the yard from being burned, even though it was their fault. They did not attempt to save the yard at all and told us we need to do it. Even with following their instructions the yard still burned. I talked to several managers from Future and they insulted us by telling me and my wife to buy an aeration treatment from them.They did not want to work with us at all to resolve this matter. I will be seeking legal action to get my yard back to the way it was. Plus, the pesticide service was subpar for the price. The person from Future Services took only 5 minutes to spray the exterior of the house and we still had spiders entering the house.
