Many thanks for the incredible customer service and willingness to assist and accomodate in a prom-day emergency. My nephew is going to his first prom tonight. We placed an order for a orchid corasage on thursday with another flower shop (whose initials are MA). When we went to pick up the corasage they told us they lost the order and had no more orchids. We called several shops and none were willing to take a last minute order. \r

When we called Marylu's she said she already had orchid corasages ready for us to buy - I told I her the color to match was periwinkle (not making it easy, I know). I hung up the phone and headed to her store.\r

When I walked into the picture perfect flower shop, I couldn't help, but notice the most gorgeous lilies and tiger lilies I had ever seen. When I walked up to the counter, to my astonishment, Marylu had the most gorgeous double orchid corsage with periwinkle ribon ready and waiting for me -- she had made it right after talking to me on the phone. At this point I was willing to pay any price for a corsage and I by the way it looked I knew this one would be expensive. Imagine my surprise when I learned that the price for Marylu's beautiful corsage with the exact color ribbon needed, was less expensive than the corsage that was I placed at the other store that lost my order. \r

I can't wait to go back to Marylu's for my next order! \r
