Review content:
We hired Kitchen Plus to remodel three bathrooms at one time. The start date was this past Sept. 2nd and the completion date was to be Sept. 27th. The actual finish date was Dec. 17th, due to an array of mistakes. A promise by the designer to keep one shower working at all times was quickly rejected by the poject manager forcing us to buy a membership in the local health club so we could shower duing the job. Plumbing mistakes started the second day of the project with flooding of our backyard and continued almost on a daily basis after that. The installation of the wrong bathtubs and toilets forced the completed tiled walls to be redone. Fabrication of the bathroom counter by Fineline Pacific was done so badly it had to be ripped out and replaced. The project manager from Kitchen Plus would automatically blame someone else for their mistakes. The entire experience was almost comical and frustrating.
