WOW - WOW - WOW. This place is amazing. My friend recommended I try this place and I am so glad I did! When I walked into Mind, Body & Soul, my body felt like a gigantic ball of stress, and my spirits were dragging behind me like a flat balloon. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and a cup of organic apple-infused water. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in Scottsdale, everything was so relaxing from the two water features to the spa music. I never expected this type of environment in Prescott. The front desk staff had me fill out an information sheet which I never have had before and I'm not a beginner to spa treatments. I felt this was very professional and both therapist did review my paperwork and asked me questions about some of my medical history, so it was not a waste of time.\r

The time came for my treatment, Renee and Sarah did their magic. Renee took me back to begin my spa day with a deep tissue massage and she was very professional. After reviewing my paperwork, she asked me a few very good questions and if I was experiencing any physical problems that I wanted her to address. Since my back is almost always in terrible condition, I expected a ""no-pain-no-gain"" experience. I don't know how she did it, but Renee loosened all my stress balls without hurting me. As far as I'm concerned...she's a miracle worker. That truly was the BEST massage I have ever had.\r

After my massage, I slipped on my fluffy robe and slippers and was eased to the next room where Sarah took great care of me with my Lumafirm lift and glow facial. This facial included my arms, hands, neck and shoulder massage which I thought would never match Renee's work but her touch was just as good. The treatment included a cleaning of my face with the Clarisonic brush which I have never experienced before. Sarah told me that they use the brush with all of the facials for cleansing, I think that's cool it felt so refreshing. This facial made my skin feel so good and my face is still glowing like never before. She used Pevonia skin products (I think that is how it is spelled) to bring my dull skin back to life. Her gentle touch truly made me feel so relaxed and in good hands. She suggested that the next time I come in I should try the Epicuren classic facial. I can't wait!\r

When I left Mind, Body & Soul Spa, I felt so relaxed, renewed and encouraged. They say you walk in and float out and they are exactly right!\r
\r
Thanks so much Renee and Sarah and really the entire staff! I will be back soon, FOR SURE!\r

Oh, on a side note... they don't accept tipping? I didn't know this at the time of my treatment so when I was checking out the nice staff member behind the counter (sorry I don't know her name) kindly explained their policy. I was a little taken back but I think it's a wonderful policy to keep the relaxation all the way out the door and not have to worry about what to tip.
