IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION, I WOULD CHOOSE IT....STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They tried to bait and switch financing on a new Scion. They said the new car would be ready and when we went to get it at the time we were told, the car was not ready due to a problem with the Toyota financing program. NO ONE called us to let us know in advance that more was needed for the financing!! Instead we showed up to pick up our new car only to be told more was needed!!!!! John Ward screwed up sending the finance documents via UPS to the wrong address. John Ward in financing is a worthless idiot. STAY AWAY!!! Too many screw ups...no one knows what they are doing....bait and switch...lack of professionalism....yeah, just the kind of dealership to STAY AWAY from!!!!!!!!!!
