Absolutely walk in to a smile, but uneducated staff, lack of customer loyalty, extra long wait times (especially if your not they're favorite) rude, down right dishonest and frankly the list could continue. I use to love "Airtime" but they are just an authorized dealer, more so a headache then helpful these days. The past two years only twice out of the 23+ times I have drove in from six towns away,(to discover that my phone wasn't there or that they had to order the phone ,although I was in yesterday and that wasn't mentioned) have I had a pleasant experience. I continuously waste my time utilizing the crappy understanding of customer service they portrait. Customer Service starts with a smile but doesn't stop there.. If you want to be sold a phone go to "Airtime". If you want to be educated don't because most likely they won't educate you on the fine line or they don't have the knowledge... Twice now two different employees have stated one thing and when I asked Ricky the whole story changed... Disappointed but thankfully there are other Authorized dealers!!
