I use Albert Nahman for plumbing and heating services in my day job, and I may have used them at my home over the years, I do not recall. Today, Jose came to my personal residence to repair an old cold water pipe (they did NOT install it) and everything went very smoothly. Two days ago I called them to set the appointment and they were able to come at a time that worked for me today. I also got a call last evening confirming the appointment. Jose arrived this morning at the scheduled time and was very professional. He even used the little booties over his shoes to protect my floors -- I'm a General Contractor and I know how difficult it is to get crew to do that consistently. Jose introduced himself properly, assessed the job, gave me a price, and made the repair all in good order, with the final price matching the initial quote exactly and my home left clean. It is appreciated when a job gets done with little fanfare or problems, just get in, get it done, and get on with your day. Jose did that and now we can both get on with our days. Much appreciated!
As I said, I send Albert Nahman to jobs at work. I continue to do so as I know they will send well-equipped, competent personnel and behave in a responsible manner -- I can do no better. Today I used their services at my home, Jose did a fine job, and my high opinion of Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating has been reinforced.
