We made a major purchase from this LAY Z BOY store in Medford OR. ( Phoenix ) The manager, who I have just found out is the owner, has the worst customer service skills. He sold us a broken $ 2700.00 couch. We called the store he said the couch was adequate . He finally agreed to pick up to look at 2 weeks later we got the couch back in worse condition. Called the store again,Allen said the couch was fine. And we were trying to scam the store. Trying to avoid sales tax !! WTH !! After contact the corporate office ( NOTE THEY SAID THE STORE WAS NOT CORPORATE OWNED SO THEY HAD NO INPUT ON THEIR SALES OR SERVICE, BUYER BEWARE ) we did take the couch back for repair , although Allen said there was nothing wrong with it. Allen also made a huge claim he was threatened with bodily harm, pathetic. If you are looking for furniture in the Medford OR area...for your money and sanity go to ... or .... Quality product, great service, most of all honest personal.
