Our AC went on the fritz on Tuesday . we were told 6pm Was the earliest. By our surprise at the hottest week, they updated and had technician here by 1 that day. James was very professional and proficient in his job. He made sure we had some kinda cooling until he could get parts. Came back first thing this morning with parts and was even hit with some other issues. This didn't stop him for a second. He attacked and conquered our issues. Our AC is up and running and feel very appreciative for all James did. I would and will recommend CPH in the future. I also want to give the ladies in the office a high five for their awesome customer service skills! THANKS!
