Review content:
We visited Brightview in June 2015 with my elderly mother to see if this might be a good place for her. The sales person, Cady, was delightful. As we toured the facility it was clear that she knew the residents who we met along the way and they knew her. The staff and residents seemed happy overall. Because making the decision to move into this type of facility is a serious one, we plan to go back several times, which Cady encouraged, but Brightview is one of our top contenders.
