I have rented from Enterprise for a very long time. I buy ""peace of mind"" with the roadside assistance each time I rent. I have never had to use it until my last rental when I awoke to a flat tire on a Sunday. Within 15 min of calling for help I had a repair guy at me service. Unfortunately for me I was more the 90 miles from home and spare is only good for about 90 miles. The good news is he got it pumped up and sent me to a repair shop 3 miles away that was open on Sunday. They replaced the tire with no upfront cost to me. It only cost me 2 hours of time for the wait at the shop. When I reported this as I turned the vehicle back in the staff even gave me an additional credit to compensate for my wait. I was very pleased with the service I got with roadside and the staff at enterprise.
