Review content:
This company is the worst. Installed a new heat pump at our home, which broke four months after installation. Compressor seized because there was no freon in it. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the entire unit, they made patchwork repairs by installing a refurbished (not a new) compressor. Two months later the compressor seized, again, because it was out of freon -- again. They didn't want to pull the entire unit off the roof and replace it because of course that is money out of their pocket and is inconvenient for them. Of course, the compressor seized again thereafter, in addition to other problems (blown motors, etc). Three compressors and various other problems over a 9 year period on a piece of equipment that should operate without serious mechanical breakdown for between 12 to 14 years, if not longer. This company does what is easiest for itself, and not what is best for its customers. They also don't honor their service contracts. Basically, an incompetent and negligent staff and management. Rude and disrespectful too. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company at all costs.
