Horrible Customer Service - Flat Out Lied
The Service writer, Rebecca, stood face to face with me and lied about getting a boat we were looking to purchase surveyed. I had called in advance and was promised that the boat would be ready upon our arrival. We were traveling 2000 miles and from 2 separate locations to see this boat. Upon arrival, the boat had not even been taken into their shop. When I asked Rebecca what their intentions were, she said they were covered up, the boat had been delivered to them late, and she would try. 4 hours later the boat still had not entered their shop. Once again Rebecca said she was doing the best she could when it was obvious they had no intention of getting to it. Outside, the 38ft. Top Gun was receiving service from at least 3 of their employees. Had Rebecca simply told us the truth, we might have been able to find someone else to survey the boat we were there to potentially purchase. But she never would admit that there was no way. Bad business, poor customer service - unless you have a half million dollar boat in their storage. Not a surprise -- they are not a BBB member.
