I've been to several different shops, not only in Raleigh, but South Carolina and Virginia as well. I have found Carolina Watercraft Works to offer the best service of all of them. The owner stands behind his work and goes out of his way when possible to make sure his customers are taken care of. He even came to the lake one day to help with a problem we had....on his own time...at no charge. I challenge any other shop owner to do this. I highly recommend this shop and when they open their new facility...other shops in the area better watch out. I expect great things out of their new setup...even better than it was before....and it was great then. As for a dissattisfied customer? I think that when you work on as many skis as they do...you are bound to have one or two.
Pros: Extremely fast turn around...awesome experience.
Cons: Slighly higher priced...but worth it!!
